C-SOUND offers a 1 year warranty.

Transport will be covered by the company if the unit falls under the factory warranty.

If the unit does NOT fall under the factory warranty, the customer will be held responsible for the account of the courier charges, collect and delivery charges as well as the repair charge.

If the total cost of the repair is less than R200.00 we will automatically repair it without quoting.

If the total cost of the repair is over R200.00, the customer will be quoted.

If a quote is declined, a minimum charge of R200.00 will be charged plus the transport costs. The quote will only be valid for 7 days.

No costs will be charged to the company in any way, for the removal or refitting of any component or components in for repair.

If the unit is faulty on install, no exchange will be granted until the unit has been inspected by C-SOUND.
